Contracting conditions

1. Status and seller

MinuteMinds operates as a private technical beta. Stripe is in test mode and no real bank charges are made.

Before real payments are enabled, the complete seller details in the Legal notice will be published and validated.

2. Contracting process

• Select an offer and review its description, frequency, taxes, and total.
• Accept the conditions and, where relevant, expressly request immediate performance.
• Stripe processes payment; MinuteMinds records confirmation and activates plan or balance.
• You will receive or access an electronic confirmation with essential details.

3. Offers and renewal

The free offer lets you try a first source under the displayed terms. Plus is a recurring subscription with benefits and periodic balance; top-ups are separate purchases subject to checkout.

MinuteMinds prices, balance, and usage are denominated in USD. In supported regions, customers can pay in EUR or GBP through Stripe conversion; the final charge amount and currency are shown before confirmation and retained on the receipt.

The valid price, taxes, frequency, and contents are shown immediately before payment. Transaction confirmation prevails without limiting statutory rights.

4. Estimate and consumption

An estimate is shown before processing and balance may be reserved. Final charge is adjusted to actual usage.

If processing fails after transcription, AI, voice, download, or storage costs were incurred, the amount may be consumed and shown as a failed attempt. Verified errors will be corrected.

5. Cancellation, support, and refunds

You can cancel future Plus renewals from the account or through support. Cancellation does not automatically delete balance or the account.

6. Electronic contract

The contract is formed in Spanish or English according to the selected language. Conditions may be saved or printed. Acceptance and confirmation records are retained for necessary periods.
