Consumers
Right of withdrawal
Information for EEA consumers about the period, exceptions, and how to give notice.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. General period
If contracting as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from contract formation to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
2. Immediate performance and digital content
If you request service commencement during the period, the proportion already supplied may be deducted where permitted.
For fully performed services or digital content without a tangible medium, the right may be lost where prior consent, express commencement, and acknowledgment requirements are met. Checkout must capture them separately before real payments.
3. How to exercise it
Send an unequivocal statement to legal@minuteminds.cloud with your name, account email, transaction, and decision. This model is optional:
- To: To be published before commercial launch.
- I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for: [service or transaction].
- Contracted on: [date]. Name and email: [details]. Date: [date].
4. Refund
Where applicable, we will refund without undue delay and within the statutory period using the same method, unless agreed otherwise. A proportionate amount for service started at your express request may be deducted where permitted.
