Terms of use

The general conditions for creating an account and using MinuteMinds responsibly.

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an account or using the product, you accept these terms and linked policies. If acting for an organization, you confirm authorization.

MinuteMinds is a private technical beta; Stripe is in test mode and makes no real charges.

2. Account and age

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
  • Protect your credentials and report unauthorized access.
  • Do not share, sell, or automate access to bypass limits or controls.

3. Service and automated outputs

MinuteMinds transcribes sources, organizes ideas, and generates summaries and audio. Outputs may contain errors or omissions and do not replace professional advice.

The time-saving objective is a product reference, not an identical guarantee for every source.

4. Content and permissions

You retain your rights in content and applicable output rights. You grant limited permission to copy, transform, and transmit it to provide and protect the service.

You confirm the right to process each source. Do not submit unlawful, invasive, harmful, or infringing material.

5. Prohibited use

  • Do not tamper with, overload, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, data protection, or any law.
  • Do not resell the service or systematically extract data or models without written agreement.

6. Plans, balance, and processing

Commercial terms, renewals, balance, and top-ups appear in Pricing, checkout, and Contracting.

The initial figure is an estimate. Final consumption depends on real usage. A failed attempt may consume balance where external costs were incurred, and will appear in history.

7. Availability, suspension, and liability

We may maintain, modify, or suspend features for security, compliance, or technical evolution. We will try to announce material changes.

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, non-payment, risk, or breach. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability or non-waivable rights.

8. Termination, changes, and law

You may stop using the service and request closure. Obligations that should survive will remain.

Spanish law governs, subject to mandatory protections in the consumer's country of residence.
