Service providers and processors
Which third parties make MinuteMinds possible, their role, and what information they may receive.

1. Infrastructure
- OVHcloud: VPS hosting and European infrastructure; object storage where configured.
- S3-compatible provider: source and audio storage with isolated credentials and limited access.
2. Content processing
- AssemblyAI: audio and video transcription.
- OpenAI: generation and verification of summaries and scripts.
- ElevenLabs: voice generation from the final script.
- Oxylabs: technical retrieval of public sources where ingestion requires it.
3. Payments and external data
- Stripe: checkout, subscription, confirmations, and references. Full card details do not pass through MinuteMinds.
- Resend: delivery of transactional account and security emails; it receives the email address, name where applicable, and message content.
- European Central Bank: public exchange-rate source; it receives no user data and is not a processor.
- Google Analytics 4: aggregate navigation and usage analytics only after consent; it receives no product content or internal identifiers.
4. Selection, transfers, and changes
Each provider receives only what it needs. We review contract, security, location, and transfer mechanisms where relevant.
